The buckle on the side of the phone case is only available on these models, other models do not have buckles. When folded backwards, the credit card will not be affected.

The location you described is actually a magnetic clasp used to securely close the phone flip cover, but it is only available for the Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy S22 Ultra models. Other models do not have this magnetic clasp.
